We want you to love your Single-to-Double Stroller 3.0, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Our goal is to ensure your growing family has the perfect gear, so we make the exchange and return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside the box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the stroller in its original box with all accessories and manuals, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
